UK privacy rights, consent choices, advertising, analytics and international processing on DrawLedger.co.uk.
Information handled
When you visit, hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and security signals. DrawLedger does not offer user accounts or payments. If you request an emailed number check, it processes the email address, ticket line, selected draw and ticket type needed to provide that message. If you separately request ongoing saved-line checks, it also stores the email address, saved ticket line and options, regional edition, consent and confirmation records, and alert delivery history.
Number checker, email and saved-line alerts
The checker sends the details you enter only when you select “Check and email result”. The immediate result is a requested transactional email. Ongoing saved-line checks are optional and use an unchecked box. Selecting it stores the line as a pending request and sends a separate confirmation email; recurring checks start only after the confirmation link is accepted, continue after every future draw, and stop when the user unsubscribes. Ticket lines and email addresses are not sent to Analytics.
Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to provide, measure and protect advertising. Depending on your choices and location, ads may be personalised, non-personalised or limited. Your consent choices
Advertising and analytics consent signals default to denied. For visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent platform provides Consent, Do not consent and Manage options choices. The “Privacy and cookie settings” link shown by the platform lets you review or withdraw a choice later. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Analytics
The Google Analytics tag loads with analytics storage denied by default. Before the applicable consent choice permits storage, it does not set Analytics cookies; Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. When consent is required, full Analytics storage is enabled only after that choice allows it.
Why information is used
Request and security information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect the service. The basis is DrawLedger’s legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Advertising storage and personalised advertising rely on consent where consent is required. Information may also be handled to comply with law or establish and defend legal claims.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, Turnstile bot protection, security and operational logging. Google provides Gmail delivery, Analytics, AdSense and the consent platform. Google and participating advertising vendors are identified in the consent platform’s Manage options screen.
Retention
DrawLedger does not create visitor accounts. A pending saved-line request expires after 48 hours. For confirmed recurring checks, DrawLedger retains the email address, saved ticket line and options, UK or US edition, consent record, confirmation time and delivery history until the user unsubscribes or the information is no longer needed. Transactional messages may remain in Gmail and the recipient’s mailbox under their retention settings.
International processing
DrawLedger is operated from the United States, and Cloudflare, Google and advertising vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider is responsible for applying an available legal transfer mechanism and describing it in its privacy documentation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the reason information is processed, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute. Send a request to the email above. UK visitors may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; visitors elsewhere may contact their local privacy regulator.
Children and changes
DrawLedger is an informational lottery-results service intended for adults and does not knowingly request personal information from children. This policy may change when services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

UK visitors can ask to access, correct or delete personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing where those rights apply. Requests use the UK contact route, and unresolved data-protection concerns may be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Advertising and analytics storage start from denied consent signals. The Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement signals while storage remains denied. Where required, Google's certified consent platform presents choices before optional storage is enabled and provides a route to review or withdraw them later.
