Terms for the UK edition, including informational use, independent status and official ticket verification.
No affiliation
DrawLedger is independent. Powerball is a trademark of its owner. The site is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by MUSL, Powerball, the New York State Gaming Commission or any lottery operator. No third-party lottery logos are used.
Information only
Results, comparisons and statistics are provided for general information. They do not validate tickets, establish entitlement to a prize, constitute gambling or financial advice, recommend number selections or predict a future draw.
Official records prevail
Errors, omissions and delays can occur. Certified records held by the relevant lottery authority and the rules of the jurisdiction where a ticket was sold always prevail. Confirm any apparent win directly with the lottery that sold the ticket before relying on it or taking action.
Age and location
The content is intended for adults who meet the legal participation age in their jurisdiction. DrawLedger does not sell tickets, accept stakes or advise whether lottery participation is lawful in a visitor’s location.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse administrative or API endpoints, introduce malicious code, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service. Public factual result data may be subject to third-party source terms; DrawLedger branding, page design and original explanatory content may not be copied or presented as someone else’s work.
Third-party services
Links and advertisements may lead to services DrawLedger does not control. Their content, availability, security and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link or advertisement does not mean DrawLedger endorses the service.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damian Bazzano is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.

UK edition terms
Information for UK readers, not ticket validation
DrawLedger.co.uk publishes independent result records and calculations for information. It does not sell participation, accept stakes, validate a ticket or promise that Lotto, Thunderball, Set For Life, EuroMillions or Powerball is available through a particular retailer.
Any apparent match must be checked against the official record, eligibility terms, deadlines and claim route supplied by the operator or retailer that issued the ticket. Sterling values and independent calculations cannot override those terms.
Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights available in the United Kingdom are not excluded by these terms. The general governing-law provision remains subject to protections that cannot lawfully be displaced.
